1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Bixontic OS at os.bixonticmedia.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Bixontic Media ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Bixontic OS is a private internal operating system built for Bixontic Media and its team. The Service provides project management, content production tools, educational resources, and social media analytics for authorized users. Access is restricted to members of the Bixontic Media Discord server.
3. Access and Authentication
Access to the Service requires authentication via Discord OAuth. Only members of the Bixontic Media Discord server are permitted to use the Service. Your access level and available features are determined by your Discord role. We reserve the right to revoke access at any time.
4. YouTube and Google Services Integration
The Service allows authorized users (Owner role only) to connect YouTube channels via Google OAuth for analytics purposes. By connecting your YouTube account, you authorize us to access your channel data, video statistics, and YouTube Analytics data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke this access at any time by disconnecting your account within the Service or through your Google Account permissions.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account used to access the Service. You agree not to share your access with unauthorized individuals, not to attempt to access data or features beyond your assigned role, not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, and not to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and content structure, is the property of Bixontic Media. Educational content, templates, and tools provided through the Service are for use by authorized team members only and may not be redistributed without written permission.
7. Data and Content
You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the Service, including project data, notes, and creative assets. We do not claim ownership of your YouTube channel data or analytics. Data stored in the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times, that analytics data will be perfectly accurate or real-time, or that the Service will be free of errors or interruptions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bixontic Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via Discord.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
