Bixontic Media ("we", "us", "our") operates the Bixontic OS platform at os.bixonticmedia.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our internal operating system and connected services.
2. Information We Collect
Account InformationWhen you sign in via Discord OAuth, we receive your Discord user ID, username, email address, and avatar. We use this solely for authentication and role-based access control within Bixontic OS.YouTube DataWhen you connect a YouTube channel via Google OAuth, we access your channel statistics, video performance data, YouTube Analytics data (watch time, impressions, CTR, audience demographics, traffic sources), and subscriber metrics. This data is used exclusively to display analytics within Bixontic OS for the account owner.Data We StoreWe store OAuth refresh tokens (encrypted with AES-256-GCM), channel and video statistics snapshots, and analytics data. We do not store your Google or Discord passwords. We do not store any data from viewers of your YouTube content.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to: authenticate you and manage access to Bixontic OS, display your YouTube channel analytics and video performance metrics, track growth and engagement trends over time, and generate content audit scores for your review. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties. Your data is only accessible to authenticated Bixontic OS users with the Owner role.
4. Google API Services - Limited Use Disclosure
Bixontic OS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, we only use Google user data to provide and improve the YouTube analytics features within Bixontic OS. We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements. We do not allow humans to read your data except where necessary to respond to support requests you initiate, where required by law, or for internal security purposes. We do not transfer Google user data to any third parties.
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data, including encrypted storage of OAuth tokens using AES-256-GCM encryption, HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, database access restricted to our production server, and role-based access control limiting data visibility to authorized users only.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active in Bixontic OS. You can disconnect your YouTube account at any time from the Connections page, which removes all stored OAuth tokens. You can delete your social account entirely, which removes all associated data including snapshots, video stats, and sync logs. 7. Your Rights
You have the right to access the data we hold about you (visible in Bixontic OS), disconnect your YouTube account and revoke our access at any time, delete your account and all associated data, and revoke access through your Google Account permissions page.
8. Third-Party Services
Bixontic OS integrates with Discord (for authentication) and Google/YouTube (for analytics). These services have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them. We do not integrate with any advertising networks or tracking services.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
